*When interviewing NCS children, we would arrange interpretation and/or translation service for applicants where necessary, e.g. making good use of the interpretation and/or translation service provided by the Centre for Harmony and Enhancement of Ethnic Minority Residents (CHEER) funded by the Home Affairs Department. We also allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication.

1. Eligibility： | Toddlers aged 12 months old or above are eligible for application |
2. Application form： | Request in person during office hours； |

3. Submission： | In-person； |
| By post (If the application fails to reach due to insufficient postage, the School will not process the application)； |
4. Documents： | A completed copy of the application form； |
| A copy of the child's birth certificate； |
| A copy of the applicant's most updated immunization record； |
| One recent passport-size photo adhered on the application form； |
| 4 self-addressed HK$2.2 stamped (9”x 4”) envelopes |
5. Application fee ： | HK$30 (Non-refundable) |
| *Pay along with the application form, please include a crossed cheque in HK$30 payable to “HONG KONG & KOWLOON KAIFONG WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION TING SUN HUI CHIU KINDERGARTEN” if by post. |
